Place

Whatever you're doing,
Wherever you are--
Make it your place for the moment.
Possess the memory;
Count your blessings--
So you will not later lament.
Be present, grounded, real--
Not counting down;
Rendering it a wonder all its own.
A place is what you make,
Senses filling the oceans of time,
Like a fondly kept stone.
