Regal

What things are noble? What things seem stately?
What do we admire the splendor of greatly?
The Lincoln Memorial; Mount Everest's peak;
An eagle so majestic we hardly can speak;
Queen Elizabeth, diva of unmatched poise;
The stealthy, svelte feline, who sneaks without noise;
Red-clad, royal foot guards, who stand as if stone;
The powerful force of a storm that has grown;
A classy song diva who gives it her all;
The trees' robes of orange we see in the fall;
A ballet performer, who moves with such grace;
A swan gently gliding at an unhurried pace;
A butterfly waltzing on air, with aplomb;
A giant harp's heavenly sound with each strum.
Whatever's most regal to you is your call,
But truthfully...God is most regal of all.
