GREEN

Frozen spinach, frolicking frogs
Color of envy and moss-covered logs
Freshly cut grass and key lime pie
Money that’s wet, money that’s dry
Granny Smith apple, asparagus, jade
Clover, cabbage, peas, limeade
Kermit the Frog and Oscar the Grouch
Green M & M’s found in the couch
Parrots, lizards, Emerald Moths
Watermelons, sign for Roth’s
Jalapeños, ferns, bamboo
Christmas trees, green chile stew
Pickles, green grapes, Simple Green
Avocado, long string bean
Cactus, zucchini, rolling hill
Face of one who’s feeling ill
Mike Wazowski, crocodile
Broccoli, lettuce, leaves in a pile
Pistachio pudding, kiwi fruit
Cucumber salad, marbled newt
Green tree boa, decorative hedge
Mint ice cream and tart lime wedge
Praying mantis, roll-out turf
Palm trees where one goes to surf
Traffic light that signals “go”
Green means “hope” and “room to grow”
